The plan is on the account of the person who holds it, not on a company. In your personal space, open Settings → Plan → Manage billing, which opens Stripe's billing page.
- Switch between monthly and yearly.
- Update your card.
- See and download receipts.
- Cancel the plan.
If you cancel
Your companies stay open until the end of the period you have paid for. After that their spaces become read-only: everybody can still open them, read everything in them and export it, but nothing can be added or changed. Nothing is deleted, and they open again as soon as the plan is renewed.
If a payment fails
Settings → Plan says so, and Stripe tries again. Update your card in Manage billing to keep your companies open.
