What the reports show

Open Reports and choose a range: 30 days, 6 months, Year or Custom.

The four figures

• Billed: what you invoiced in the range. Drafts are left out until they are sent.
• Unbilled: work you have done and not invoiced yet.
• Tracked: the hours you tracked, across all projects.
• Effective rate: what you billed for each hour you tracked.

Underneath

Billed by month charts the range month by month, with unbilled hourly time on the day it was tracked. By project lists every project with its client, status, tracked time, billed and unbilled.

The Overview

For the day-to-day, the Overview shows time tracked today and this week (with a comparison to last week), what is ready to invoice, what is outstanding and how much of it is overdue.
