Companies: one desk for everyone you work with
A company is a shared space for its clients, projects, time and invoices, with its own details on every invoice. Everyone in it works from the same record, every project has an owner, and $6 a month covers up to 30 people.

The company's clients, projects, time entries and invoices live in their own space. Everyone in the company sees the same work, live.
Its own details
Name, picture, address, contact person, email, phone, website, tax ID and registration number, printed on the company's invoices. The owner and admins edit them in Settings, Company.
Its own invoices
Each company has its own invoice branding, payment methods, numbering and defaults, kept apart from your personal ones.
Invite by email
Type an address and Involets sends the invitation. People join free with their own account, and the company shows up at the top of their desk.
An owner on every project
Pick the member a project belongs to when you make it, and change it later. Everyone can still track time on it.
Who tracked what
Every entry in the company's timesheet carries the face of the person who tracked it, so a week's hours read at a glance.
Invoices from everyone's time
Make an invoice from the company's tracked hours, on its own letterhead and numbering, and download the PDF.
Owner, admin and member
The owner starts the company and decides who are admins. The owner and admins edit its details and invite and remove people. Members do the work and see the details read-only.
Your own space stays yours
Joining a company does not touch your personal space. They sit side by side and you switch between them from the top of the desk. Nobody in a company sees your personal work, and nothing moves between them unless you put it there.

One Company plan covers every company you start, each with its own people, details and invoices. Switch between them, and your personal space, from the menu bar.
One price, not per seat
The Company plan is $6 a month, or $60 a year. A company of two or of thirty pays the same, and the people you invite join free.
If the plan ends, nothing is lost
Cancel and your companies stay open until the end of the period paid for. Then their spaces become read-only: everything in them can still be read and exported, and they open again when the plan is renewed.
About companies
Is it priced per person?
No. $6 a month or $60 a year covers everyone, up to 30 people in each company. The people you invite join free.
Can people in my company see my personal projects?
No. Your personal space is yours alone. A company only sees what is in the company's space.
Can I be in more than one company?
Yes. You can be a member of every company that invites you, and with the Company plan you can run more than one of your own. One plan covers every company you run.
Where do I change the plan?
In your personal space, under Settings, Plan. A company's own settings are about the company: its details, branding, people and invitations.
Does the Chrome extension track a company's time?
Yes. The extension and the Mac app have the same switcher as the desk: choose a company and the timer tracks against its projects, or Personal for your own.
What happens to my work if I leave a company?
What you tracked and wrote in the company's space stays with the company. Your personal space is not affected.
