One desk for a small studio
Put the studio’s clients, projects, time and invoices in one shared space. Everyone tracks against the same projects, every project has an owner, and $6 a month covers up to 30 people.
A shared team space
The studio’s work lives in one space everybody sees. No more collecting timesheets at the end of the month.
An owner on every project
Pick the person a project belongs to. Everyone can still track time on it, and the owner’s name is on the project page.
See who tracked what
Each entry in the team’s timesheet carries the face of the person who tracked it, so the week reads at a glance.
Invoice the whole team’s hours
Make an invoice from everybody’s tracked time on the studio’s own letterhead and invoice numbering.
Priced for a studio, not per seat
The Team plan is $6 a month, or $60 a year, for the whole team. Two people or 30 pay the same, so adding a freelancer for a busy month costs nothing. The people you invite join free with their own accounts.
Simple roles
The owner holds the plan and decides who are admins. Admins invite and remove people. Members do the work. There are no approval chains to set up and no permissions matrix to maintain.
Everyone keeps their own space
Each person keeps a personal space beside the studio’s, for their own side work. Nobody in the studio can see it, and nothing moves between the two unless they put it there.
- Up to 30 people, one price
