Deleting your account removes it and everything in it: projects, clients, time entries, invoices, the trash, your settings and brand, installed apps, and your support tickets. It cannot be undone, so export your data first if you want a copy.
- Go to Settings → Account and press Delete under Delete account.
- Type your email address to confirm.
- If two-factor is on, enter a code from your authenticator app.
- Press Delete my account.
Every sign-in ends straight away, including the Chrome extension and the Mac app, and Involets sends a last email to say it is done.
