- Open Settings → Team. You can also choose Start a team… from the space menu at the top left of the desk.
- Press Upgrade: $6 a month, or $60 a year (2 months free) to pay yearly.
- Stripe's checkout page opens. Enter your card there and confirm.
- You come back to the desk, on Settings → Team. The plan switches on a moment later, when Stripe confirms it.
- Under Create your team, type the team's name and press Create team.
The desk switches to the new team's space straight away. It starts empty, with its own company details and invoice numbering, copied from your own to begin with. Change them in Settings → Company while you are in the team's space.
One team per planA Team plan pays for one team of your own. You can still be a member of other people's teams; that costs you nothing.
