Make an invoice from the team's tracked hours, on the team's own letterhead and numbering, and download the PDF.
Owner, admin and member
The owner holds the plan and decides who are admins. Admins invite and remove members. Members do the work.
Your own space stays yours
Joining a team does not touch your personal space. The two sit side by side and you switch between them from the top of the desk. Nobody in the team sees your personal work, and nothing moves between them unless you put it there.
One price for up to 30 people
The Team plan is $6 a month, or $60 a year, for the whole team. Not per seat: two people or thirty pay the same, and the people you invite join free.
If the plan ends, nothing is lost
Cancel and the team stays open until the end of the period paid for. Then its space becomes read-only: everything in it can still be read and exported, and it opens again when the plan is renewed.
About teams
Is it priced per person?
No. $6 a month or $60 a year covers the whole team, up to 30 people. The people you invite join free.
Can my team see my personal projects?
No. Your personal space is yours alone. A team only sees what is in the team's space.
Can I be in more than one team?
Yes. You can be a member of as many teams as invite you. Each Team plan pays for one team of its own.
Does the Chrome extension track team time?
Not yet. The extension and the Mac app track time in your personal space. In a team's space, use the timer on the desk.
What happens to my work if I leave a team?
What you tracked and wrote in the team's space stays with the team. Your personal space is not affected.
