The team's owner manages the plan from Settings → Team → Manage billing, which opens Stripe's billing page.
- Switch between monthly and yearly.
- Update your card.
- See and download receipts.
- Cancel the plan.
If you cancel
The team stays open until the end of the period you have paid for. After that its space becomes read-only: everybody can still open it, read everything in it and export it, but nothing can be added or changed. Nothing is deleted, and the team opens again as soon as the plan is renewed.
If a payment fails
Settings → Team says so, and Stripe tries again. Update your card in Manage billing to keep the team open.
